You will find that the big box companies do their own form of charitable donation and rarely make any other kind of donation. That said, you can send a request to the Target Corporate Offices by online email using the form provided.
You could also try calling or mailing an actual request to them. It is my suggestion that you do some homework and direct your request in a way that links Target to your cause.
