Shipping Information

I ordered an item on line and have been trying to find out when it will be delivered so that I can have a neighbor pick it up for me and I have not been able to find this information out on line and now I have been sitting on the phone for an hour listening to a constant recording that they will be with me any minute, but it has not happened.  I think that this is the very last time that I will ever order anything from Target and I will also advise my friends not to order either because of all the problems that I have had.  I am so aggravated with your system I could scream.
