I don't know how to set the time and don't know what some of the display numbers/letters mean. It came with know instructions.Alarm clock is silver finish with black trim

Hi, if you can provide us with the model name or number, we can more than likely find the instruction manual for you. If the model number is not stamped on the front, perhaps there is a sticker on the bottom of the clock? Or if you still have the box, that should say it.

You could do a few different things. You could exchange the clock for another one whether you have the receipt or not (they can also use debit/credit cards to look up return if you don't have the receipt), or you could let them know that your clock didn't come with the instructions and see if they could give you the instructions from another clock. The Target I work at will do that for Guests as needed. You could also contact Threshold (there should be an 800 number on the box) and let them know the directions were not included.
