Damaged Order

We ordered the Shermag Alexis Glider Rocker combo and it came completely damaged - the wooden chair (seat) is cracked in several areas and I would like an immediate exchange for a new one.  Our baby almost here and the box is way too heavy to exchange in a store and the item is only available online...Please can someone contact us and let us know when we can receive a new one. Thank you.
