Why Am I Denied Access To My Credit Scores After Trying A Few Times?
target claims I paid them $145 on 11/02/2010. I did not. NO record with my bank statement at PNC.

If you entered your information incorrectly, they will block you temporarily as a security precaution. As for the discrepency with the Target bill, is that such a terrible thing that Target thinks you paid them? If you spoke with the credit services department and they are ok with the situation, let it be.
