Why Do You Use A Third Party Atm Machine ??

On January10 2012, I shopped your store in Brainerd Mn(Baxter).After shopping for 2 1/2 hrs I went up to check out noticing I had much more then planned (I used to love Target and your new expansion)So knowing my exact balance in my bank,I went to use your ATM for another $100.00(My daughters B-Day on the 12th)I proceeded to put in card ,after waiting a little longer then usual a slip popped out stating Amount of money ($100.)&transaction not complete!I then entered 2nd time to Inquire balance again transaction incomplete now the 3rd time Inquire balance it came out SAYING AUTHORIZED and a Balance of -100.00. I went back up to cashier who said don't worry it must be broken. After finishing up checking out I rushed home to check my bank online and it showing that IT TOOK THE money OUT!! I then called back to Target to speak with a General Manager but could only get a TEAM LEAD name ERICK ! Now he said to me there is NOTHING HE could do because it is a THIRD PARTY mach.So he gave me the # to cardtronics so I called them, She stated that their's nothing she could do, but usually it would drop off by the end of day.Then to call my bank because they would know what to do.I called my bank ,now they are saying it might take 5 days and then drop off !! Well iots day 6 and nothing has changed but I know my bank will figure it out ,being a HOLIDAY today .My whole point of contacting you is I have NEVER been threw such INCOMPETENCE FOR customer service IN MY life !! I USED TO love YOUR STORE and shop it very regular. I have spent 1,000's of dollars there.But now at this point I am thinking of starting a BOYCOTT regarding the way this has all been HANDLED! I just can't believe that a MACHINE in one of YOUR STORES, that is there for CUSTOMER SERVICE, and NO-ONE could take care of this PROBLEM.
