I Have Windows Ie8 But Target's Site Says I Must Upgrade. Can't Go Higher. Help

I'd recommend downloading a free open source browser (something current, unlike IE8) such as Firefox, or perhaps Chromium.

You can get Firefox by going to www.mozilla.org or searching for it on your favorite search engine.

Newer versions of Internet Explorer are only available if you upgrade to a newer version of windows.
