Broken Service

For the past week incoming calls from land lines and cell phones consistently have been broken. The caller stops hearing my communication without warning then my voice is auduble to them again.  When audible the connection is clear without static, but the call cuts in and out. I've disconnected the internet and the gizmo waiting 3 minutes before reconnecting as per your pre-recorded suggestion,  However the problem persists. Help please
