To cancel your service, please contact us so we can discuss your options, make sure you're getting all the benefits available to you or address any problems you may have.
Ask for "Disconnections" when you call, and we'll connect you to a representative who can assist. Disconnection timeframes can vary depending on the product and how much notice you provide, but the representative will be able to give you an exact timeframe.
You'll be issued with a final bill after your service has been disconnected.
