Phone Service

i wanted to maintain communication regarding my home phone. I had a rate of 19.95 oer month. They went up on the price without notifying me. I was/cannot afford that price since I'm still in betwen jobs. I asked them last month about reducing it which they did by $5.00 but it still was too much.I sought to try to do so at ttheir [TW custiomer service ] request telling them I would try but didn't see how I could do it. I was inprocess of trying to obtain funds ands as of today it is disconnected. I also had gotten them another 2 customers. so it's not negigence on my part.
