I Get Nothing But Ambigous Information From Customer Service Assistant. What Now

How do I find out exactly if I have a contract and if so what are the to and from dates and what is the penalty if cancelled anyway.  All I get  is "September" and the price might even be higher then!   I am sick and tired of not receiving full information when wasting my time on the phone for nothing.  Who can give me my total information.  My next stop will be the state of Ohio Consumner complaint.
