What Can I Do About A Bill From An Exes House That I Didn't Cut Off?

I have an ex that switched her cable bill in Lexington, SC to her name a year after I moved out and now twc is trying to put it on my bill that I have had in Charlotte, NC for about 8 months. They told me if I don't pay it they are going to cut me off here. What can I do about this since I can't be in two places at one time? I did leave the bill in my name to be nice and she isn't going to take responsibility for the bill.
