Time Warner Installed Digital/hd Box On 12/17/09 For A 1 Yr Free Promo.

This has worked for about ten days. Is not working now. Keeps showing "INVALID FORMAT" and "NO SIGNAL." My other TV's are working on the regular cable service. Please advise, as the box is on my main TV. Thank you

You have to call customer support and have them re-shoot the signal to reset the box. Ours did the same thing, but it was fixed within minutes on the phone.
