My Tv Is Not Working Properly

After a thunderstorm last evening my TV isn't working properly. It doesn't show the channel on the upper left top nor does it show the volume on the bottom. It has 2 volume's, very loud or very low. It also looks as though it has been turned on 'bright' as everything is 'extra' red in color. Thank you
