Late Evening Service Interruptions

For the last week or two, it seems, full availability of channels after 11:30 pm has been quite spotty.  In addition there has been numerous re boots done in the middle of shows I have been really into.  It seems there have been re boots nearly every night this past week! I have subscribed to Warner for a long, long time but my patience is wearing thin. Before retirement I often had to deal with poor employee performance.  The regimen was a verbal message.  Next was a written warning.  Next....well you know.  Just give me some indication that things will be getting better.
