Why Is One Channel Muted While Others Are Not?

We have 3 time warner cable boxes in our home and for some reason 2 of the 3 cable boxes has a spanish channel with no volume while in my room the channel works fine and I am able to hear it. Why is that and how may I be able to fix it, thank you in advance.
