Can't Get On Demand

Each time I try to play an On Demand show, dialog says "accessing your program please wait...but the show never comes on!

Have you thought about unplugging your box and reseting the box?

I have a old box ( not hd) and I have to do that a lot due to Time Warner Cable doing all of this update crap!
