High Speed Internet

My high speed internet is slower than a dial up mdem. I have had TW RR for years with no problems.  The last week the speed has dropped to the point it is hardly usable.  If it is the modem (10 yrs in service), it should be swapped out. If this can't be fixed I'll swith to uverse. Thanks
