New Box Not Working

I just got a new box and I got a message saying"cable box is not authorized for service".

You likely have to call Time Warner and have them activate the new box. Contact info is here:

I Just Got A New Cable Box And Now That It's Hooked Up The Box Always Glitches.
Then box glitches and the audio & video become out of sink frequently.
