The Picture On My Screen Froze. I Cannot Shut Off The Power Or Get Any Channel.

Please try unplugging the power to the box for about 20 seconds. After reapplying power, the box will reboot. Once the time reappears, power on the box. If you still have problems, email us at [email protected]
