Uncommanded Channel Change From 12.1 To 4.1 Several Times/hour

I have two TV's with basic cable in two different rooms that change from 12.1 to 4.1 several times per hour.  I have taken the batts out of the remotes so see if that has anything to do with it....same result - channels change without input.
