Weak/no Signal Box Not Rebooting

On the TV screen, it says "Weak or No Signal." In the top left hand corner of the screen where it lists the channel, there's a little green heart - I don't know if that means anything or not. I've tried rebooting the box, but it'll say "boot" and then go totally black. Help! I'd really like to watch a good movie tonight! Thanks!
