Wireless Router Not Working

Cannot use Face Time on my IPhone 4G! TWC installed my Wireless Router when I started service. It's a NetGear Wireless Cable Modem Gateway 3G814WG. Do your service people need to come out and work on it or replace it?? or, Is it my responsibility?
