Dvr Box Not Working?

The box won't work, it just shows an h and then it seems to be counting up. We plugged the cable directly into the tv and it works but not through the box. WWhat's wrong with it and how do I fix it?

Hello,

I had this issue trying to install a issue within my HDTV. TWC updated to fix the HDTV stuff. I would recommend going to a store or calling them they helped me understand this issue. They also got me a new box.
