New Smart 60' Tv. Why Does It Not Come On? Says It Has No Connection. Help!

Installed in Jan 2013.  This has happened several times before. I had a chat on line with c/s rep.  Finally got it on.  This is very frustrating.  Still can't get it to come on.  Need assistance please.
