How Do I Get The Tv Out Of Av2 Mode So I Can Get A Picture?

Screen is gray and ays "AV2" then the screen flips to black and says "No Signal" How do I get the Television to turn on so I can see a picture?

There should be a button on your remote that says "source" or "input" you will push this button until you get to the correct input for your television. Then you should see your cable channels.
