At Checkout Doesn't Give Me Option To Use My $10 Off Coupon When Purchasing Voic

I tried to purchase daffy duck for US and I have a new GPS coupon code saying that I can have $10 off y first purchase.  When I went to checkout and purchase my new voice, it did not give me the option to put in the coupon code anywhere and so I am not able to use it to save the money
