Toshiba 52hm95 720p Problem

My TV came unplugged and the bulb blew. After replacing the lamp, it would still not turn on and has the red/green light blinking on the front receiver. Upon examination, the lense through which the light from the lamp projects had a crack. Can this be replaced and is this the reason it will not turn on?
