My Laptop Keeps Shutting Down, It Goes To The Character Screen Butthen It Shuts

This is related to the corrupted system files of the Operating System which are the boot sector files. The best solution for this is reinstall the Operating System by restorig your Toshiba Satellite L755 laptop to its factory settings.
