Toshiba Tdp- Tw350 That Needs To Be Fixed Asap

projector boots up to toshiba logo, then shuts down , the temp light goes on red. we contacted toshiba and based on the troubleshooting they determined that the circuit board is either faulty or damaged. however the projector is no longer under warranty.i would lik eto know if this projector can be fixed?
