How Come I Can't Get A Live Person To Talk To??????

It's been 6 hours and my minutes are activated. Keep getting recording to call back in 15 minutes. Also keep getting messages on my phone to call them to complete the transaction but no person to talk with. I also got over 15 minutes deducted when I first got to talk to someone at 11:00 a.m. this morning. Cancel the transaction immediately!
