How Do I Enter A Phone Number And Name Into My Tracfone?

How do I enter a persons phone number and their name into my LG tracfone. One number serves three letters..I need help!

look at your numbers such 2 you see abd once for a twice for b three times for c see how many letters on each key and use as needed
