Just Added New Minutes To Phone
Have used phone for a while and now all of a sudden can't make or receive calls, just says Welcome to Verizon and wants to transfer me to put in a credit card or make a collect call. Please help me. I have not had this probelm before.

Hi I would strongly suggest you contact Customer Service by phone for a more sure assistance - a different phone of cause :)
