Can't Make Calls Or Receive Them. Get Message Check Call Restriction 34 - Need

I went to their support forums & there was about 100 posts of the same problem so I figure it must happen a lot. I did what they said to do about 5 times which was to remove the sim card & battery for 1 minute & nothing changed. I have only had the phone for 3 months but now am worried about this happening again.

You need to contact TF CS@ 800-378-9575 for assistance in replacing the sim.
