How Do I Find Profiles On My Lg800gh Phone?

The instruction manual that came with the phone leaves a lot to be desired.  I'm trying to change volume and other things on the phone and I looked it up on the internet and all I could find out was to go to Profiles.  But I can't find in on the phone.

Find the speaker icon usually on main screen and depress it> normal> set profile as desired.
