When Will Someone Respond To My Request To Add Minutes? I'm W/o Airtime Now.
Bought a 200 minute card to add to my cell which was low on airtime (5 minutes) When scrtched the back the numbers were illegible. Called Customer service, was transferred, and in the middle of speaking with the supervisor my phone went dead.
Need someone to email me back as I can't be reached by phone now to resolve this. Also need to know when I'll have time added. Thanks

It's possible the call was simply lost, not necessarily that you were hung up on. However, either way, there is no way to get that particular representative back. The best thing you can do is take a break so you don't get stressed out, then give them another call and try again. Have patience and I'm sure you will get this matter resolved. Good luck to you!
