I called hours ago to get my old phone reconnected, I upgraded 10 days ago, but the phone does not work good, now, neither works, I need a phone, I called at 5pm today, (friday), and was told one phone will work till the other starts, but its not, maybe they got the wrong serial number? can u help me? 919 937 7190
