Tracfone Sim Card Locked
How do I unlock my SIM card and restore my phone to its original settings?

Try contacting Customer Service. They have pretty good email support and I would go that route first. Might cause less of a headache, atleast in my opinion. It is good for questions, basic information, and complaints or suggestions.
