Trouble Getting Minutes Transferred From Old Phone.
26 hours trying to get phones transferred. I have old phone still on but new phone has only 9 minutes I had 3317 minutes. 2556 text 3317min data. I do have 241 service days. Up to now have liked tracphone for ease of the 6 previous phones I bought from HSN and transfering the minutes is why I have so many. Please help. Thank you. Janice Hagan
