When Calling A Long Distance Number Of A Company, I Got A Menu Asking Me To Ente
When I called a long distance number of a company, I got a menu asking me to choose an option ( i.e. #1 -press 1). I didn't have a keyboard to enter the option number. How do I get the number keyboard without dropping the call? My ICC-ID is 8901410325481546817.

Without knowing the type of phone you're using, it's difficult to answer this. Try tapping your menu button in-call mode and see if it pops up a menu with some choices for you such as keypad. Usually if the keypad isn't directly on the screen during a call, you can pull it up with the menu this way while in-call mode. Good luck!
