Why Does Tracfone Screen Read 'emergency Only' When I Make A Call? It Also Does

"emergency only!" appears sometime when I make a call. I have used a house phone to see if it is working correctly and it does the same thing.

  • Why does my phone display "Emergency Only"?

    When coverage gets too low, the phone will begin to search for a better network or signal. "Emergency Only" means that the phone will allow you to make emergency calls.
