How To Use The Double Minutes Card

I punched in my fast pin and the remaining minutes still appeared, for instance 120 minutes remaining ,then put in fast pin, and no double minutes happened ,still 120 minutes curenntly displaying,what do I do to get the double minutes and or how do they work( fastpin # 364931913998312)
