Renter Cancelled Contract

We booked our stay through TripAdvisor and the property owner sold the unit we rented for 2 wks and the manager is telling us we not longer can stay at the property. We signed a contract and paid the amount required. What can we do? We have our flights booked & paid for, and still want to leave Christmas morning and check into our condo at the Waikiki Banyan. We have the name of the manager and a phone number, but we would like to know what kind of support, help, or intervention we can get from TripAdvisor.
