How Do I Cancel A Hotel I Reserved?

I need to cancel my hotel I booked. Online they told me to go to a booking partner. I found bookings I went to that all it said was to go to the booking partner and i cant find that. I tried to call and I could not get a person it said to come back online. I couldent even get to the directry to here peoples names. PLEASE HELP

You did not book your hotel through Trip Advisor, which is not a booking agent. You need to examine your paperwork to see what entity booked you. In the worst case inquire of the hotel.
