I'm Trying To Cancel Out My Reservation, Can You Help Me Please?

Hello, my name is Michael and I made a reservation for Aug 11-12 at the Ramada Inn, in Monument, Co. I have to change plans. I'm returning on deployment and was trying to have some couple time with my wife. I will not be able to have that reservation till another time. So I need help cancelling this reservation please.

You need to communicate with the booking company. To identify the booking site, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email.

If you can't find your confirmation email, you can always search on Trivago for the hotel and dates you booked, to identify the booking site you made your reservation with. You may also be able to find more information by looking in your browser history for the day on which you made the booking. You can also try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site you made your reservation with may appear next to the outgoing payment amount.

Trivago keeps no records of the transactions made through the booking sites, and cannot access or in any way alter your booking.
