Getting A Refun For A Full Hotel

on 7/12/2016. I mad a resevavation for the Doubletree Hilton in Jackson Tennessee for the night of 7/11/2016 into the 6/13/16. For 98 dollars and used the card that ends with. Went to the hotel an hour and a half later and they said that they had not gotten anything from you and they were booked two days ago 7/10/16. I signed saying that I could not cancel my resveration and not get my money back. I am staying in a less of a motel and less money. I would like something done about this and my money back or not charged. I tried to get her or of you and the Doubletree gave me a nbr that was not good. I don't travel much but have friends that do a different will thing twice in giving your site to go to they use your site some. My email address is Waiting to hear from you. Trivago does not book hotel rooms and you did not pay your money to Trivago. You paid your money to one of the booking sites whose logo you can click, at http://company.trivago.com/suppo (at the top). So your beef has to be with the booking site. To identify it, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can always search on Trivago for the hotel and dates you booked. You may also be able to find more information by looking in your browser history for the day you made the booking. You can also try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site may appear next to the outgoing payment.
