I Got A Room Last Night Through Trivago - It Was Horrible - Dirty, Smelly And Th
they double booked the room. I want a full refund! Phoebe Pollitt The hotel was in COlorado Springs Co for two nights I want my money back!

Hi Phoebe,
I dont know if Trivago can refund the room, I think the hotel or the website where you booked the room would have to do that. You dont really book with Trivago, instead the tell you which websites have the lowest price, and you book there. However, you can email Trivago's customer service at [email protected] and they may be able to help point you in the right direction.
