Is There A Secret To Restart This Pos After You Stop It To Empty The Bag?
I bought this used. I had to have it tuned up after I replaced the plug and filter. It ran well, one time. I stopped to empty the bag and the machine then would not restart. Is it just something that is going to happen every time? If so, I don't seem myself keeping this and will get rid of it.
