Who Do I Contact, And How, To Complain About How My E-file Was Handeled.

I FILED MY TAXES VIA E-MAIL USING TURBOTAX DELUXE ON 04/12/2010. WE WERE IN FLORIDA AT THE TIME. ON 04/15/2010 WE RETURNED TO CLEVELAND, ARRIVING 04/20/2010. I CHECK MY STATUS - RESPONSE - NO RECORD OF MY TAX INFO. WENT BACK TO TURBO TAX AND WAS INFORMED TAXES WERE REJECTED. DID THE TURBOTAX FIX AND REFILED ONLY TO BE TOLD BY INTUIT I COULDN'T FILE BECAUSE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CREDIT CARD AMOUNT DID NOT COVER WHAT I OWED - NOW. SPENT 3 HOURS ON TURBOTAX PHONE SYSTEM - GOT REFERED TO 5 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS - NONE OF WHICH WERE ANY HELP AT ALL. FINALLY CALLED IRS AND GOT ANSWER. WENT BACK TO TURBOTAX AND PRESSED "REFILE" AGAIN AND WAS FINALLY ACCEPTED. IRS TOLD ME A BIG FINE AND INTEREST CHARGES WERE BEING ASIGNED TO MY ACCOUNT! I BELIEVE TURBO TAX IS RESPONSIBLE. YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $96.87 ON 04/13/2010 - INDICATING ALL FORMS WERE FILED ETC.                                       TERRENCE N. TELZROW
