Rejected Efile - If Mailed Will Payment Due Still Be Charged To Cc

I efile using TurboTax but was rejected due to the ein being wrong (it isn't). I had asked that my payment due be chrged to my credit card - if I now file by mail will the payment still be charged as I requested?
